Charles G. Rabas

Charles G. "Chuck" Rabas, of Grafton, went home to the Lord on June 5, 2026, at the age of 86 years.

Chuck is survived by his beloved wife of 62 years Patty (nee Hoskins) Rabas, his daughters, Leslie (Robert) Compere and Catherine (Jeff) Rabas Karll, grandchildren, Frances Compere, James Compere, and Thomas Compere, Jacob (Elizabeth) Karll, and Caleb Karll, and Brother, Ken Rabas. Further survived by many other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by his dear son, Bryan Rabas.

Chuck graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Madison with a BS in Engineering and was a member of the Triangle Fraternity there. He worked as an electrical engineer for Johnson Controls in his early career and later as a sales representative for electrical engineering equipment with Process Technology and then his own firm, CR Tech. Chuck loved spending time talking with family and friends, sharing his ideas on a variety of topics. He also loved to tinker and adapt things into “useful gadgets”. Music brought joy to Chuck and he shared that joy through the choir at church. His caring, gentle soul will be missed.

A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, June 19, 2026, 1:00 PM at Community United Methodist Church (W68 N563 Evergreen Blvd.), Cedarburg. The family will receive friends and relatives prior to the service, at the church, from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM, with a light reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family are appreciated.
