With sadness we announce the passing from this life of Jeffrey A. Krzykowski. After a sixteen-month struggle with the challenges of pancreatic cancer, he departed in peace on February 14, 2026.
Born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, on April 6, 1974, Jeff spent most of his life as a proud resident of Cedarburg, Wisconsin. He was a graduate of St. Francis Borgia Catholic School and Cedarburg High School, where he excelled in both academics and a variety of sports, including track, football, basketball, and baseball. He went on to earn an Engineering degree at Purdue University and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Jeff put his academic and sports acumen to good use in his community service activities, including coaching youth sports and serving on the board of the Cedarburg Community Scholarship Fund (CCSF).
Jeff relished a good challenge, and he displayed enthusiasm and skill in athletics and trivia competitions. He loved talking about sports, movies, music, the Muppets, and all things Disney. While not being one who liked to draw attention to himself, Jeff often attracted an audience that appreciated his quick wit and sense of humor. He prioritized people rather than possessions, and treasured happy times spent with family and friends. He brought a spirit of positivity and decency to everything he did, and left everyone in his life better for having known him.
Jeff is survived by his wife Sarah (Goggin) Krzykowski, and children Patrick, Sam, Thomas, and Amelia. He is further survived by his mother Amy (Van Beckum) Krzykowski, siblings Lisa (Charles) Cantrell, Brett (Amanda) Krzykowski, Kari (Luke) Zimbric, Daniel (Katrina) Krzykowski, and Janelle Krzykowski, and his grandmother Patricia (Selissen) Van Beckum, as well as many beloved extended family members. He is preceded in death by his father Dennis L. Krzykowski, grandparents Leonard and Jean Krzykowski and Clarence Van Beckum.
We are deeply grateful for the care Jeff received from the wonderful doctors, nurses, and staff at Ascension Columbia St. Mary’s Hospital Ozaukee, the Clinical Cancer Center at Froedtert Hospital, and Horizon’s Lawliss Family Hospice.
A Mass of Christian burial will take place on Tuesday, February 24, 2026 at 6:00 pm at St. Francis Borgia Catholic Church in Cedarburg, with visitation at the church from 3:00 until 5:45 pm.
In lieu of flowers, please direct donations in Jeff’s memory to Cedarburg Community Scholarship Fund (P.O. Box 654 Cedarburg, WI 53012), to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network (pancan.org), or to a charity of your choice.
