Marcele J. Boerner, fondly known as Marcy, passed away peacefully at home on September 3, 2026, surrounded by her loving children. She was born on March 22, 1933, in Cedarburg, Wisconsin, to George and Catherine Jost. Marcy was the beloved wife of the late Allen W. "Tubby" Boerner, with whom she shared nearly 55 wonderful years of marriage.
Marcy dedicated her life to her family, raising her three children with love, wisdom, and warmth. Throughout her life, she found joy in being a doting grandmother, always opening her home to family gatherings filled with laughter, support, and her famous meals, including spaghetti and chili.

Marcy was best known for her kindness as well as her funeral jellos for the Catholic Church. She worked at Kohl's Department Store for 21 years, retiring in 2001, where she made lasting friendships, notably with her dear friend Bev Hackbarth.
In her leisure time, Marcy enjoyed solving crossword puzzles and cheering for the Brewers and Packers, all while nurturing her strong Catholic faith. Marcy was a remarkable woman whose greatest legacy is her family, who will carry her memory in their hearts forever. Her home, her kitchen, and her open door provided a place where generations could come together and share many memories together.
