Sandra A. "Sandi" Eurich

“It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Sandi Eurich, who left this world naturally on Sept 3, 2025. Sandi’s life was filled with love, laughter and she leaves behind many cherished memories.

 Born to loving parents, Stanley (Stin) and Katie (née Hirt) Roebken on March 10, 1943, at St. Alphonsus hospital in Port Washington, WI. She was a graduate of Cedarburg High School and earned her Bachelor of Science at the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point. In 1966, she married the love of her life, Dennis Eurich, who preceded her in death in 2011. Together they created a nurturing home filled with love and laughter. Their bond will forever be an inspiration to all who knew them.

 Sandi was a devoted mother to her two daughters, KK (Pat) Herkert and Beth, and a wonderful, doting Grandmother to Katie Rose Herkert. She instilled in them the values of compassion, resilience and joy. She leaves behind her favorite brother, Art Roebken, her nephews, Andrew (Tammy) and Steve (Marni) and too many Roebken cousins to mention. She was preceded in death by her son, Daniel, whose memory she carried with her every day. Sandi also shared her journey with loving family and friends, including her sister-in-law, Karen Roebken, who left this world too soon. 

A passionate baker, Sandi had a special gift for bringing joy to her family through her legendary chocolate chip cookies. The cookies were more than just dessert; they were symbols of her unconditional love and countless moments spent happily together. Her cooking filled her home with comfort, creating unforgettable memories at the dinner table where stories were shared, laughter echoed, and love flourished. 

Sandi’s life was a celebration of family, and she embraced each moment with grace and gratitude. As we reflect on the joyous memories she created, we remember her smile, her kindness and her unwavering dedication to those she loved.

 A visitation will be held on Saturday, October 4, 2025, at 11:00am at the Cedarburg Legion, where friends and family are invited to gather to honor and celebrate Sandi’s life, followed by a memorial service at 1:00 PM.

 In lieu of flowers, the family requests to be made in Sandi’s memory to the charity of your choice. As we remember Sandi Eurich, let us find comfort in the love she shared and the lasting memories she leaves behind. She will be dearly missed, but forever in our heart.”
